Last updated: October 8, 2026. These terms govern your use of the site and your purchase of Garden of Arcana services. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept these terms.

1. Who provides the service

Garden of Arcana, domiciled in Colombia (legal name, tax ID (NIT) and address: to be completed by the responsible party). Contact channel: the customer support email address listed in the privacy policy.

Garden of Arcana is a project of Aula Interactiva.

2. Nature of the service: entertainment and wellness

Tarot, palm and birth chart readings and rituals are an entertainment and personal wellness service. They are not medical, psychological, nutritional, legal or financial advice, nor do they replace it. We do not make predictions about health, death or pregnancy, and we do not promise guaranteed outcomes. Any decisions you make are your own.

3. Account

  • You must be of legal age and provide truthful information.
  • To pay, you need an account with a verified email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

4. Reading options and delivery times

  • “Instant” reading: it is generated by an automated system based on the meanings of our deck and the details in your form; it is not written by a person. It is delivered within a few minutes after you complete the form.
  • “With an expert” reading: it is written by a member of our team and delivered within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment you complete the form for your request, not from the time of payment. With the priority add-on, the delivery time is 6 hours.
  • If the expert reader needs additional information, the delivery time is paused from the moment they ask you until you reply.
  • Digital products (ebooks, guides and courses) become available in your account once payment is confirmed.
  • The membership renews every month until you cancel it from your account. Credits expire after 60 days.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD) and include the payment gateway fee. If you pay with a card issued in another country, your bank may apply its own exchange rate. The final amount is calculated by our server before you are charged. Payments are processed through PayPal (PayPal account or credit or debit card); Garden of Arcana does not receive or store your card details. An order is confirmed only when the payment gateway reports the payment.

6. Refund policy

  • If a “With an expert” reading is not delivered within the stated time, you may request a full refund of that reading (and of the priority add-on, if you purchased it).
  • If you have paid but have not yet completed the form, you may request a refund as long as the reading has not been started.
  • “Instant” readings that have been delivered and digital products that have been downloaded are non-refundable, except in the case of a technical error attributable to us.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within each payment gateway's processing times. To request one, contact us through the support channel and include your order number.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to impersonate another person, or to upload images that are not of your own hands or that contain offensive content. We may cancel requests that breach these rules, with a refund where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

The deck illustrations, texts, courses and guides belong to Garden of Arcana or to their authors. Your reading is for personal use; you may not resell the content.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our privacy policy, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, including the Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).
