Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
With an expert from US$29. It's a one-time payment per reading, in US dollars (USD): no ticking per-minute charges and no hidden subscriptions. You'll find the price of each option above.
What photos do I need for a palm reading?
One photo of each palm, taken in natural light without flash, with your hand open and your fingers relaxed. You also tell us which is your dominant hand so we can compare the two.
What do you do with the photos of my hands?
They are used only for your reading. We strip their metadata (including location), store them encrypted, and only your assigned palm reader can see them. They are deleted automatically 90 days later.
Is the palm reading automated?
No. Your palm reading is always done by one of the palm readers on our team, working from your photos.
Can you read my palm from a photo?
Yes. You send one clear photo of each palm, taken in natural light without flash, with your hand open and your fingers relaxed. A palm reader from our team reads your lines, mounts and hand shape from the photos and compares your dominant hand with the other one. Palm readings are always written by a person.
What's the difference between "Instant" and "With an expert"?
An Instant reading is automated: our system generates it from the meanings of our deck and the details you give us, and it's ready in a few minutes. It is not written by a person. A reading with an expert is written by hand by a member of our team and arrives within 24 hours of completing your form, or within 6 hours with Priority. If you start with an Instant reading, you can upgrade it to an expert reading by paying only the difference.
How do I pay from my country?
We charge in US dollars (USD) through PayPal, from any country: use your PayPal account or pay by credit or debit card in the PayPal window. We never store your card details. If your card is in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate.
What if my expert reading doesn't arrive on time?
You can request a full refund for that reading, plus the Priority fee if you bought it, by writing to us with your order number; the refund goes back to your original payment method. The delivery clock only pauses if your expert asks you for a detail and you haven't replied yet. Instant readings that have already been delivered are non-refundable, except in the case of a technical error on our side. Full details are in our terms.
Who writes the expert readings?
Real people on our team, each one a specialist in her craft. They use a pen name and an illustrated portrait to protect their privacy, and they sign every reading they write. You can meet them on our readers page.
Will the reading predict my future?
Our readings are offered for entertainment and well-being, as a way to reflect on where you are and the choices in front of you. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we make no predictions about health, death or pregnancy, nor do we promise any outcome.
